Back-to-School Programs
Help your child or teen begin the school year feeling confident, prepared and supported
Returning to school can bring a mix of excitement, uncertainty and stress. New teachers, changing routines, academic expectations, friendships and unfamiliar environments can feel especially challenging for children and teens experiencing anxiety, ADHD, autism or other neurodivergent needs.
Our Back-to-School Programs provide supportive, strengths-based spaces where children and teens can build confidence, develop practical coping strategies and prepare for the social and emotional demands of the new school year.
Programs are interactive and may include games, creative activities, group discussions, movement, role plays and practical tools participants can continue using at home and at school.
