Friendships, Social Confidence & Belonging

Helping children find their people and feel more confident being themselves.

These clinician-guided groups bring children and teens together through shared interests and activities they genuinely enjoy. Facilitators thoughtfully support communication, cooperation, emotional regulation, flexible thinking and friendship skills while allowing connection to feel authentic and low-pressure.

These groups are ongoing, lower-pressure and designed to support connection, confidence and belonging over time.
