If you never try, you’ll never know!”

What is Empowered Kids Club?
Empowered Kids Club is a fun, engaging, and evidence-informed social-emotional learning program designed to help children ages 6–9/10
Build confidence,
Strengthen emotional resilience, and
Develop the skills they need to thrive at home, at school, and in everyday life.
Through games, creative activities, collaborative challenges, and guided discussions, children learn practical strategies for understanding emotions, managing worries, building healthy friendships, communicating effectively, and developing a positive relationship with themselves.
Drawing on principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), our program helps children build social-emotional learning skills, strengthen psychological flexibility and build confidence while discovering their unique strengths in a supportive, social and inclusive environment.
Our goal is to help children develop the confidence and emotional skills that create a strong foundation for lifelong wellbeing.
Who is the program for?
Empowered Kids Club is designed for children ages 6–9/10 who would benefit from strengthening their confidence, emotional regulation, social skills, and resilience.
The program is ideal for children who may:
Experience anxiety or worry
Struggle with friendships or social confidence
Find it difficult to manage big emotions
Benefit from building self-esteem and coping skills
Be learning to navigate everyday challenges with greater confidence
The program is equally valuable for children who are already doing well but would benefit from developing lifelong social-emotional skills in a supportive group environment.
We welcome children of all abilities and are committed to creating an inclusive, strengths-based environment where every child feels safe, supported, and empowered to grow.
