Individual & 1:1 Support Services
Personalized support for children, teens, young adults and families, designed around individual strengths, needs and meaningful goals.
Not sure what kind of support you need?
Our Approach
Individualized Support, Built Around the Person
Our individual services combine evidence-informed practices, meaningful relationships and practical skill development. Support is tailored to each person’s strengths, goals, interests, communication style and everyday life.
Our team has specialized training and experience supporting neurodivergent children and youth, including those with autism and ADHD. A diagnosis can provide helpful context, but it does not define a child or tell us everything about what they need. No diagnosis is required to access support.

Explore Our Individual Support Services
The needs of children and youth do not always fit neatly into one category. Goals may overlap across emotional wellness, relationships, executive functioning, learning and everyday independence.
The areas below can help you explore your options, but you do not need to choose the right service on your own.
Our Client and Family Services Team can help your family identify an appropriate starting point.
Areas of Individualized Support
Mental Health & Emotional Wellness
Counselling, psychotherapy and practical skill-building support for children and youth experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low confidence, stress, friendship challenges, grief or life transitions.
Depending on your child’s needs and goals, support may focus on emotional exploration, practical strategies or a combination of approaches.
ADHD & Executive Functioning Support
Individualized support for planning, organization, task initiation, time management, emotional regulation and greater independence at school and in everyday life.
Support is practical, strengths-based and tailored to the way each person thinks, learns and approaches tasks. An ADHD diagnosis is not required to access executive functioning support.
Autism and Neurodiversity Support
Strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming support for communication, self-advocacy, emotional regulation, executive functioning, friendship, independence and meaningful participation in everyday life.
Support is based on the individual’s priorities, experiences and goals rather than a predetermined set of goals associated with a diagnosis.
Friendship & Social Connection
Individual support for children and youth who want help navigating conversations, friendships, conflict, boundaries, bullying, loneliness or social confidence.
Depending on the goal, support may focus on practical relationship skills, the emotional experiences affecting connection and belonging, or a combination of both.
School Readiness & Learning Success
Play-based support for young children developing foundational skills for participation in kindergarten and early learning environments.
Support may focus on routines, communication, emotional regulation, flexibility, independence, learning confidence and adjusting to classroom expectations.
