Sprouts:

Social-Emotional Learning Groups

We Make Learning Fun!

What is The Sprouts Program

A play-based social-emotional learning group for young children who benefit from extra support with confidence, emotional regulation, friendships, communication, and school readiness.

Neurodivergent children, including those with ADHD, autism, learning differences, and anxiety, are welcome.

Children will have opportunities to:

  • Build confidence and independence

  • Practice friendship and communication skills

  • Develop emotional awareness and coping strategies

  • Strengthen flexibility during transitions and changes

  • Learn through play, exploration, and connection

  • Build school readiness and group learning skills

  • Practice cooperation, problem-solving, and self-advocacy

Groups are small (6-8 children), space is limited!

Why Play-Based Learning?

Play is how young children learn best.

Through games, imaginative play, movement, art, sensory experiences, and guided social interactions, children naturally develop the skills needed for emotional regulation, communication, confidence, and learning.

Our team intentionally embeds evidence-based social-emotional learning goals into engaging play experiences, helping children learn without feeling like they are in a classroom.

Therapist-Supervised & Purposefully Designed

While sessions are fun and engaging, every activity is designed with a purpose.

Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches from child development, social-emotional learning, play therapy, developmental psychology, and neurodiversity-affirming practice to support each child's growth.

Activities are carefully selected to build skills while preserving what matters most—joy, curiosity, and connection.
