Parenting and family life can feel difficult when a child is struggling, relationships feel disconnected or family members are unsure how to move forward.

At Willow Tree, we provide practical, collaborative support that helps parents better understand their child, feel supported in their own parenting journey and strengthen communication and connection within the family.

Our approach is individualized, family-centred and grounded in each family’s unique strengths, values, goals and needs.

Our Parent & Family Support Services:

Parent coaching: practical goal focused support for parents who want help supporting their kids with specific skills
Parent support: a supportive space for parents to reflect on their parenting journey, explore their values and feel supported through the emotional demands of raising a child.
Parent child connection sessions: collaborative sessions involving both the parent and child, focused on strengthening connection, improving communication and helping each other better understand the others experience.
Family Alignment Sessions: Short-term, focused support that brings family members together to improve communication and create a shared plan.

Funding & Coverage

Parent and family support services provided by or supervised by a Registered Social Worker may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits. AccessOAP funding may also apply to eligible services.

Coverage varies by provider and individual plan. Families are encouraged to confirm their coverage directly with their insurance provider.
