Building the foundations for lifelong growth.
Through play, movement, and meaningful interactions, Sprouts helps young children develop the social, emotional, communication, and independence skills that set the stage for success at home, at school, and in everyday life. Children learn alongside peers in a warm, supportive environment where confidence, curiosity, and connection can flourish.

Girl Power supports girls as they navigate the increasingly complex social and emotional experiences of the tween years. Through engaging discussions, creative projects, team activities, and evidence-informed strategies, participants build confidence, strengthen friendships, develop resilience, and learn practical skills to manage anxiety, peer relationships, and everyday challenges.

Supporting mental wellness through mindfulness, self-compassion, and emotional growth.
Mindful Insights helps youth strengthen emotional well-being using evidence-informed strategies rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, and Social-Emotional Learning. Participants learn practical skills to manage anxiety, build self-esteem, strengthen relationships, navigate social conflicts and develop lifelong habits that support mental wellness.

Building the executive functioning, social-emotional, and life skills children and youth need to thrive.
Skills4Success is Willow Tree's signature clinical program designed by our senior clinical team based off of decades of research. The program aims to help children build the practical skills needed for success at home, school, and in everyday life. Participants can enroll in one specialized stream or both, creating a personalized pathway that supports confidence, independence, emotional wellness, and lifelong success. Each week, both streams explore a shared developmental theme from different perspectives, helping children strengthen skills and apply them across real-life situations.
Enrollment in both days is recommended for well-rounded outcomes

Supporting teens with autism to build independence and confidence for adulthood.
Next Steps helps autistic teens develop practical life skills, executive functioning, social confidence, and community independence through structured learning and real-world experiences. Participants build meaningful relationships while developing skills that support greater independence in everyday life.
